山本哲也是对的。问题是我采用了一个干净的项目，运行它，并在主键是GUID时注册为用户。然后我执行了所需的所有更改，以便主键成为整数。然后，当我运行它时，cookie被发送到OnValidateIdentity并在那里崩溃，因为主键是GUID。我清理了所有缓存，一切都按预期工作。
