git repo下的整个主文件夹

Question

最近安装了oh-my-zsh。我注意到在主目录下的所有文件夹中都出现了一个来自git插件的主人。

    ...(list of all my folders)
nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)

我应该忽略我的主文件夹吗？有什么想法吗？
