更新未内置的Vagrant和Gems Extentions

我升级到MacOS 10.2.2和Vagrant 1.9.1后经历过这种情况。我不确定是什么导致了这个问题。

根据https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/vagrant-up/z6GX-3Qn3ZM的信息，我使用了卸载程序脚本然后重新安装了Vagrant，我停止了这两行。
