我得到了同样的错误。这是Gurobi_CMD的一个问题。 Gurobi通过了所有测试，但他们在Gurobi_CMD上失败了。
我通过卸载并重新安装Gurobi解决了这个问题，并更改了PuLP的.cfg文件以正确指向Gurobi安装。
