This can be caused by MongoDB being unable to write to a local database.
Check that you have permissions to write to .meteor/local. MongoDB does
not support filesystems like NFS that do not allow file locking.

如果您正在使用Linux，sudo mongod应该为您启动本地服务器。我不确定，因为我不是Windows用户该怎么做。
