我想在通话屏幕活动上添加一个小窗口（Popup）。 Google语音和worldcallplaceandtime都在通话过程中添加了相同的窗口。

问题是，当我在屏幕顶部打开一个新活动时，其余按钮被禁用（结束通话，静音等）。单击结束呼叫按钮的唯一选项仅在我关闭添加的新活动时。
