从特定时间限制昨天

使用Crystal Reports 13.

我创建了一个合并的日期和时间字段并将其命名为

 @admin
datetime({x_med_admins.admin_date},{x_med_admins.admin_time})

我现在想用这个@admin从昨天下午2点到今天上午10点拉记录。

我似乎找不到最好的方法来做到这一点。我可以把它作为一个特定的日期放在昨天，但这不会很好，因为我需要它自动运行每一天。我试图将currentdatetime -1与@admin结合使用，但没有运气。
