现状：我创建了一个powershell脚本，可以在屏幕的右下方绘制类似Toast的通知。我唯一的问题是这只适用于本地计算机。如何在目标计算机上显示此通知？只需在Active Directory中指定计算机名称？

当然，我对其他建议持开放态度。我目前正在阅读SignalR，但我不确定如何使SignalR在原生桌面上工作，而不是通过网站。完美的情况是一个可以在Windows 10中批量发送Toast通知的通知系统。
