apache2-dev包只包含开发（标题）文件，而不包含源本身（请参阅http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/httpd/apache2-dev）。

对于源代码，您应该签出git / svn repos或访问https://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi并在那里下载源代码。
没有一个soure文件夹，但在服务器本身（server）和模块，特定于操作系统的文件等之间分开。
