同样受到影响（MacOSX除外）我发现我可以从github成功安装，因为：

library(devtools)
install_github("RGLab/flowCore",ref='trunk')

FWIW，通过使用R的CRAN版本安装R而不是像以前那样使用自制软件，在MacOS中更容易解决这个问题。
