GATT服务器具有自定义服务和具有唯一UUID的特性。

如何精确连接到此服务器并发送一些文本？

最小SDK为21，目标SDK为24，因此旧的BluetoothLE扫描方法已弃用，现在我需要使用BluetoothLEScanner。
