用paypal ipn

Question

我有很多问题，但我知道我应该把它缩小到1。

我理解ipn将消息发送到我网站上的页面。 （我可能错了）。我将假设这将是IPN处理程序URL。 （？）

IPN是否实际上到了页面并创建了一个动作？

我希望该消息（或加载页面）调用插入我的数据库的函数。
