可以使用模型match方法完成:

    checked = model.match(
        model.index(0, 0), QtCore.Qt.CheckStateRole,

        QtCore.Qt.MatchExactly | QtCore.Qt.MatchRecursive)
    for index in checked:
        item = model.itemFromIndex(index)
        print(item.text())
