如果您要安装要求的phpdocumentor/reflection ~3.0套件 phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock ~2.0。问题是您已经安装了phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock ~3.1，因为phpspec/prophecy 1.6.1需要phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock (^2.0|^3.0.2)。

好消息是phpspec/prophecy可以在phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock的~2.0版本中正常工作，因此您可以先降级该包。

composer require phpdocumentor/reflection-docblock:~2.0

然后你可以要求phpdocumentor/reflection而不会发生冲突：

composer require phpdocumentor/reflection
