服务运行时没有崩溃，但壁纸没有变化。

如果我在控制台应用程序中运行完全相同的代码，壁纸确实会发生变化。

我注意到SystemParametersInfo在服务中运行时返回0的句柄，在控制台应用程序中运行时返回1的句柄，所以显然调用不安全的代码会出错在Windows服务中。但我无法确定原因。
