我使用google calendar api遇到了同样的问题。要解决此问题，只需使用CLIENT_SECRET_FILE的绝对文件路径，如：

CLIENT_SECRET_FILE = r'C:\Users\xxx\client_secret.json'

文件drive-python-quickstart.json将在验证后自动生成。
