使用node -v检查节点js版本，使用npm -v

检查npm
  

版本要求对于节点 v4.x.x或更高版本和对于npm 3.x.x或更高版本

如果没有，则从Here

安装最新的nodejs

对于Npm试试

npm install npm@latest -g

然后使用命令

安装package.json中列出的软件包 
npm install
