如何释放正在使用的端口Visual Studio

当我用来运行项目时，我在开发环境中遇到了几个问题。错误说

端口'4131'已被其他应用程序使用。请注意，它可以是任何端口'4131'仅供参考。

我一般用来切换到另一个端口。但这不是解决方案，我相信。因为现在经常发生这种情况。

我想知道如何释放已经被使用的端口，强有力。我知道这个端口是不必要的保留。

These issues generally comes due to following reason which i faced :

• Port is used by other process and reserved .

• Port is Not released by the last same process.

I Recommend following Approaches :

• Changing the Port is the best idea .

• Restart your system ,this will release the port in use .

Today i do face same ,after doing multiple R&D find these solution ,Feel like sharing the same.
