W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/ondrej/php5/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found

得到同样的问题。对于旧版Ubuntu 12.04，sudo apt-get update看起来已经坏了。

如果在更新之前调用，这个对我有用 sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google* sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ondrej*
