错误代码0xE是来自跟踪的ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY。作为一种解决方法，您可以扩展Web角色实例或完全禁用跟踪。

我已经在我们的客户端提交了一个错误来解决这个问题。基本上，由于跟踪问题，消息传递操作不应该失败。
