Spring Boot 1.4.1是使用并支持Log4J 2.6构建的，但您尝试使用2.7。不幸的是，这不起作用，因为在this commit中2.7中的API发生了重大变化。这是您所看到的NoSuchMethodError的原因。

回退到Log4J2 2.6.2应该可以解决问题。或者，您可以升级到使用Log4J 2.7的Spring Boot 1.5。
