Bootstrap工具提示行为不会一直发生,可能是由于Turbolinks

我正在使用Rails 4.我只使用Bootstrap javascript和css通过Bootstrap' s customize tool提取工具提示。

我注意到当我向页面发出直接请求(输入网址并按回车键)时,工具提示javascript效果正常。但是:如果我通过单击链接导航到该页面,或单击后退按钮转到带有工具提示的页面:工具提示效果不再有效。

我相信turbolinks正在弄乱这个问题,但经过多次尝试后我还没有成功解决问题。从应用程序中删除turbolink不是一种选择。

看来我得到了它的工作。在assets/javascripts/application.js内我改变了这个:
