创建djangocms-css-background包的人对app的命名很差，因为python不喜欢包含连字符（ - ）的文件名。他们应该将包中的顶级目录命名为djangocms_css_background。
存储库和pypi包可以包含连字符，它只是app目录。

该软件包已折旧且不再维护，并且快速扫描有一些问题。
