Maven没有使用首选的java版本

我见过类似的问题，但到目前为止，我还没能找到解决问题的办法。我想我可以在我的pom.xml中为每个项目设置源和目标版本（或者设置父pom并在那里进行）但我真的更喜欢让maven使用从JAVA_HOME指定的版本。我在Chromebook上通过crouton运行Ubuntu（如果这有什么区别？）。有什么想法吗？
