AADSTS50000: There was an error issuing a token. 
AADSTS65005: The application needs access to a service that your organization EXTERNALTENANT has not subscribed to. 
Please contact your Administrator to review the configuration of your service subscriptions.

我是管理员，我应该在哪里更新配置？ 是否可以通过同意提示避免此错误？还有其他选择吗？

错误消息表明您尝试登录的帐户所属的租户没有订阅您在Azure门户上配置的资源/权限。

例如，如果您注册请求Office 365 SharePoint Online的应用程序，如下图所示。但是，如果其他人尝试在未订阅Office 365的情况下签署应用程序，则用户将收到上述错误消息。

要解决此问题，请确保客户已获得您已授予该应用程序的权限的足够订阅。
