联系表单不会发送电子邮件

我从themefisher下载此网站模板，但我无法获得联系表单。我将php文件中的$to部分更改为我的电子邮件地址，因此我可以收到它;但是在填写表格并发送之后，即使我得到了成功的消息，我的收件箱或垃圾邮件也没有。
