它无效，因为您将节点的IP地址设置为localhost，从而使它们无法发现。它适用于本地调试群集，但对于内部部署和Azure群集，您必须指定有效且可访问的IP地址或限定名称。

此外，我现在还不是100％确定，但如果您希望您的群集可以通过URI而不是IP访问，我可以建议指定FQDN而不是IP地址。我记得我遇到过这方面的麻烦，但仍然不清楚有什么帮助--FQDN或其他什么。

有一些问题，但最大的，正如@cassandrad所提到的那样，默认部署绑定到localhost（IPAddressOrFQDN="localhost"）的TCP FQDN而不是机器的IP地址，所以它只允许默认情况下为本地连接。

阅读this guide，我决定下载Service Fabric standalone package for Windows Server（在Windows 8.1 x64之外，在Windows 8.1 x64之外工作正常）。
我复制了ClusterConfig.Unsecure.DevCluster.json，然后在nodes部分下更改了所有节点＆＃39; iPAddress为192.168.1.102。我调用了新文件ClusterConfig.Unsecure.CustomDevCluster.json。
