为什么它不起作用?
它无效,因为您将节点的IP地址设置为localhost
,从而使它们无法发现。它适用于本地调试群集,但对于内部部署和Azure群集,您必须指定有效且可访问的IP地址或限定名称。
此外,我现在还不是100%确定,但如果您希望您的群集可以通过URI而不是IP访问,我可以建议指定FQDN而不是IP地址。我记得我遇到过这方面的麻烦,但仍然不清楚有什么帮助--FQDN或其他什么。

有一些问题,但最大的,正如@cassandrad所提到的那样,默认部署绑定到localhost(IPAddressOrFQDN="localhost"
)的TCP FQDN而不是机器的IP地址,所以它只允许默认情况下为本地连接。
