它没有指示您的测试使用任何配置。 说上下文配置要使用的配置:

@RunWith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)
@ContextConfiguration(classes = ContextConfiguration.class)

最好将 ContextConfiguration 重命名为更少误导性的内容(MyTestConfig等)

第二种方法,您可以将测试注释为配置:

@RunWith(SpringJUnit4ClassRunner.class)
@Configuration
public class CityServiceTest {


    @Bean
    public CityService getCityService() {
         return new CityService();
    }

}

但我觉得它没有意义,因为你不能在其他测试中重用你的bean声明,你可以用new实例化对象:

private CityService cityService = new CityService();

所以最好的选择是将配置解压缩到单独的类并将其作为 classes 参数
