我已经尝试了网上建议的所有内容

尝试重启dns。
如果有任何代理，可以从IT部门找到而且没有。确保npm config proxy为空
我检查了与npm.lab.myorg.com:443及其良好

尝试在设置脚本中的curl -I -vvvv https://npm.lab.myorg.com/命令之前直接运行npm install（我认为这是从Dockerfile RUN命令在Docker容器上运行的吗？）。

这应打印出一些调试信息，以显示Docker容器是否可以访问您的私人仓库。
