我遇到了同样的问题，当我删除Hadoop和HIVE之间的绑定时，问题就解决了。

java.io.FileNotFoundException: derby.log (Permission denied)

您似乎不允许创建和写入derby.log。您可以尝试以root身份运行配置单元以检查是否是这种情况。
