    Where {(Get-ItemProperty $_.PSPath DriverDesc) -match 'VMnet' } |
    Foreach { 
        New-ItemProperty $_.PSPath -name "*NdisDeviceType" -value "1" 
    } 
}

BTW我没有看到任何名为“Property”的值的regkeys，也许你可以匹配DriverDesc reg值？无论如何，您收到错误的原因是您必须将PSPath指定为New-ItemProperty，即在脚本$key.PSPath中。
