在代码段中,您可以尝试将mimeType更改为application/vnd.google-apps.video,将Bitmap类型转换为(假设)byte[]。我不确定,因为这可能涉及大型文件,Android Drive API页面上没有关于视频上传的文档。

但是还有其他方法可以解决这个问题。我建议您使用uploading files中的REST调用。
