不要使用：
os.environ.setdefault("DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE", "project.settings")
使用：
os.environ["DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE"] = "project.settings"
与其他wsgi.py文件类似。
这在Django文档中提到mod_wsgi作为不使用守护进程模式时的要求。你真的应该使用守护进程模式，因此每个应用程序都在不同的进程中。您还可以清理虚拟环境的使用方式。
