我似乎无法使用django crispy forms覆盖默认标签。

我建议在表单的__init__方法中设置自定义标签：

def __init__(self, *args, **kwargs):
    super().__init__(*args, **kwargs)
    self.fields['town_city'].label = 'Test'
    ...

将label="something"添加到“脆皮表单”字段中将在输入字段上产生“标签”属性，这不是您想要的。
