Android位置对话框，无需向Google发送数据

我可以显示对话框，我唯一的问题是对话框要求

  

使用Google的位置服务，即使没有正在运行的应用，也会向Google发送匿名位置

我不想要那个！有没有办法在没有它的情况下打开对话框？
