检查以确保没有任何内容正在侦听端口80.我不确定website.settings包含什么，但是这个apache实例可能尝试使用与另一个相同的端口，或者某些东西else正在端口80上运行。（这是默认端口）。您可以使用netstat -tulpn | grep :80

检查某些内容是否正在使用该端口

您可以更改此服务器的端口以避免冲突，或者停止其他进程。
