最近发生了一次欺骗性更改，破坏了网络路由。您可以通过运行devstack / unstack.sh脚本进行恢复。

此网络问题使得pypi存储库无法访问，除非您恰好位于正确的子网上。将以下行添加到local.conf可能是此问题的临时修复：

SUBNETPOOL_PREFIX_V4 = 10.1.0.0 / 24
