使用@EnableResourceServer代替@EnableOAuth2Resource

对于Spring Boot 1.2，我们必须对@ EnableOAuth2Resource批注使用Spring Cloud Security。同时，使用Spring Boot 1.3可以删除Spring Cloud依赖关系，并使用Spring Security OAuth2中的@EnableResourceServer注释替换注释。
