WMF5（PowerShell 5）有一个known bug，它不会更新帮助文件，因为Microsoft没有正确打包它们。
如果您使用的是PowerShell的更新版本，则应该可以运行Install-Script -Name Install-AboutHelp，然后运行Install-AboutHelp.ps1。
