如果你在windows shell中运行命令python并得到那个错误，那么＆＃39; python＆＃39;不被识别为内部或外部命令，可操作程序或bathc文件，然后执行此操作：

将 python 替换为 py ，因此在命令提示符下键入py即可正常工作。

Again type "py" NOT "python" in your command prompt and it should work !
