Maven springMVC项目。页面未加载显示错误页面未找到

我使用SpringMVC在eclipse Ide中使用maven创建了一个项目。 没有maven的同一个项目运行得非常好，但是在用maven项目创建之后我不确定出了什么问题。
我的项目在服务器上运行时显示找不到错误页面 我的代码是

我错了..当我在服务器上运行时，它说找不到页面。

您在web.xml中缺少spring-dispatcher的以下内容。

    <listener>
        <listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class>
    </listener>

    <init-param>
        <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
        <param-value>
            classpath:location_of_your_spring_conf_xml
            eg: /WEB-INF/spring/web-rest-config.xml

    </init-param>    
    <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
