mysql2 gem v.0.2.6已经出局，有win32支持。

gem install mysql2现在没有问题（安装了DevKit）。

我猜这个gem使用C绑定，所以必须编译。要在Windows中执行此操作，您可能需要设置整个mingw（或可能是cygwin）环境。而且，I'm not sure this will help。

您可以尝试在Windows计算机上使用mysql或ruby-mysql。
