您需要将目录更改为应用程序的路径，然后启动服务器。

如果您尚未创建应用，则需要先使用rails new nameofapp

执行此操作

要更改目录，请执行以下操作：运行cd path/path/app并将路径更改为正确的路径，并将应用更改为正确的应用名称。

然后运行rails server或rails s启动服务器并转到浏览器中的http://localhost:3000
