第一行应该有一个等号代替subplot_kwn中的n:

fig, ax = plt.subplots(figsize=(16,8),dpi=100,subplot_kw= {'projection':ccrs.PlateCarree()})

您可能想要检查已导入的cartopy.crs,因为这可能会导致问题。
