Apache需要2秒多才能响应GET请求

Question

这是在Windows 10上。这是一个在我自己的计算机上运行的网站。命中根索引是即时的，但打开/ bugzilla需要很长时间。无论是否尝试使用计算机的IP地址或127.0.0.1或localhost，都需要相同的时间。我得到的结果就是这样：
