就我而言，我之前已将docker环境变量（DOCKER_HOST，DOCKER_CERT_PATH等）设置为指向数字海洋云实例。使用docker-machine切换到我的本地docker box修复了问题：

Error response from daemon: Get <url>: dial tcp: lookup <url> on <ip>: read udp <addr>-><addr>: i/o timeout
