由于newest version of DocX合并正常。因此，现在可以直接使用DocX，而不是使用Interop。唯一要知道的是headers/footers取自第一个文档（模板），因为每个文档不是每页设置页眉/页脚。

您是否尝试在xml级别合并？ Docx是包含Xml文件的zip文件。
您可以使用XDocument合并XML。
