从Activity对象Bot Framework V3获取Skype ID

在以前版本的Microsoft Bot Framework（v1）中，我们能够从Message对象获取Skype ID（用户名）。我现在已经更新到V3并且无法再获取Skype ID，它会在ID字段和Skype用户名中返回一个随机ID。

我已经构建了后端以使用Skype ID，并且不想更改它。
