此代码根本无法工作，因为您覆盖了表单的__init__方法，以便a）您只接受request参数 - 而不是任何其他形式的表单期待，如data或initial - 和b）你永远不会调用超类init方法来初始化表单代码的其余部分所期望的东西。您需要保留签名并调用super。

     request = kwargs.pop('request')
