Autoconf 2.1 非常旧，与当前版本的语义明显不同（2.69，称为＆＃34; 2.5系列＆＃34;。）

对于autoconf 2.1和2.6x，Ubuntu似乎有separate packages但我不确定他们如何选择这两者。

正如Diego所说，如果从存储库安装autoconf，它将安装版本2.68。出于某种原因，您可能安装了版本2.13。

如果是这种情况，请删除旧版本并安装默认版本：

sudo apt-get remove autoconf2.13 && sudo apt-get install autoconf
